Everything's going well, you're spending so much time together and he is so sweet all the time -you're certain he's going to 'pop the question' any time... isn't he?
Unfortunately, you are not telepathic and can't read his mind. However, there are signs he will show if he wants to marry you. Men who are thinking about marriage tend to do certain things and behave in specific ways.

1. He invites you to family events
If your boyfriend has been inviting you to his parent's house and family events, it's highly likely that he's trying to see if you will be a good fit for his family, as well as himself. If you find him watching you while you're there, he probably wants to see how well you get along with his mum, siblings or little cousins. He might wander off with his dad or brothers to ask what they think of you or let them know that you might be the one!
2. He plans for the future
Guys generally don't make future plans with their girlfriends if they do not see the relationship as serious. So if you're making plans together for next year's holiday or to buy a house, it's a good sign that at some point he may want to marry you.
3. He shares finances
Sharing finances is a huge sign of trust and commitment. This is one of the major signs he wants to marry you. A shared bank account, credit card or mortgage is not something anyone will go into lightly. Financial commitments are a pretty clear indicator that he is ready for marriage and being financially tied to you.
4. He increases touch
If your boyfriend is growing increasingly touchy-feely it's likely that he always wants to be close to you physically as well as in life. His emotional attachment to you will always make him want to keep physical contact with you whenever he can. This might not be a definite sign that he wants to marry you, especially if he has always been affectionate or if this is the only one of the signs that you are seeing. However, if you've noticed that he's being more touchy than he usually is, you can expect that he's thinking of marriage.
5. He wants to live together
If he has mentioned living together and seems to like the idea of it, it is a good sign that he is getting ready for the next step in your relationship. Some cultures disapprove of couples living together before they are married for fear of children being born out of wedlock. Some mothers also don't like the idea of their daughter living with their boyfriends before they are married. They think that the guy will get all the benefits of having a wife to look after them. 7. He wants to get a pet with you
Getting a pet with your partner is a serious commitment. A new puppy or cat satisfies a paternal urge that your relationship has inspired in him. A new pet will bond you both together as 'mummy and daddy.' It's a big step and one of the biggest signs that he wants to marry you.
8. He has many married friends
We all know that men are hugely influenced by their friends. If most of your boyfriend's friends are married, you can be sure that if he's ready, he will not take too long before he gets down on one knee. If, however, all of your boyfriend's friends are single, you might find yourself thinking my boyfriend doesn't want to marry me. It is unlikely that he would be considering marriage if none of his mates has taken the plunge themselves.
This is not to say it's impossible. Even if none of your boyfriend's mates are married, he might still show the signs above and become the first of his group to get married. Someone has to be first right?!
